This Privacy Policy explains how AppoinlyCRM ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our platform ("Service").

1. Data we process

Account data (name, email, workspace details), the CRM data you enter (customers, contacts, leads, invoices, etc.), and technical data (logs, IP addresses) needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, process payments, send transactional email, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Tenant isolation

Each workspace's data is stored in an isolated database schema and is only accessible to that workspace's authorised users.

4. Sub-processors

We use infrastructure and payment providers (e.g. hosting, Stripe/PayPal/Mollie for payments, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You may access, correct, export or request erasure of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. The Service includes GDPR export/erasure tooling; contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Retention & security

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as required by law, and apply technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, field-level encryption for secrets, access controls) to protect it.
